Our chosen couriers send all orders. Orders are shipped on the next working day service unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are £4.99 ex. VAT for orders under £99 ex. VAT. Orders over £99 ex. VAT is free to the UK mainland. Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and excluding Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, and all the islands.

Next working day delivery is temporarily unavailable. Cut off for next working day delivery when available is 4pm. If you place your order after 4pm, the order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place your order after 4pm on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday. If you place your order after 4pm on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This information is only valid for the next day delivery when available.

1-2 working day delivery

Our orders are sent on a 1-2 working day delivery service. This is an all-day service which runs from 6am-9pm Monday-Friday. On the day of your delivery, you will be emailed or texted your tracking information. If this does not occur for any reason, please get in touch with our office, and one of our helpful team can get this information for you.

The couriers will attempt delivery twice; The couriers maintain the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour unless specifically instructed not to within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to leave it in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery - should you not be available after the first delivery attempt. All of this information is available to you via your tracking link.


Please note that the 'collect in store' option at checkout is only available for customers who can collect from Runcorn, Cheshire. If this is not feasible, you will be required to make payment for the delivery before processing your order. Items for collection do not always qualify for the following working day collection. Collection is not available on a same-day basis. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection - you will receive an email notification saying that your order has been dispatched.


We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. After that, we will email you to confirm dispatch. If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged when the goods are ordered when you click on the confirm and pay option. If we cannot ship your goods for some reason, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original payment method.

Further information for overseas customers: all overseas transactions must be paid for by direct bank transfer unless agreed before the sale.


All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.We may use your information to prevent and detect fraud in assessing your request for goods or services. One of the purposes we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.All sizes and measurements are approximate. However, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

We offer a 28-day return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.

We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items, face coverings or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received.

To return your items, please use the returns form. To obtain a returns form, please log into your account, click on order history and click on the order you wish to return items. Then click the products within the order that you want to return. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click return items; you will be emailed your returns form. Print it off and send the items back to us. Please note we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you return your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the garments received. If you have placed your order without opening an account, please get in touch with us, and we will upgrade you so you will be able to receive a returns form.

If you have received the wrong or faulty items, pleaseget in touchwith us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.


Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
